DESPATCHER REQUIRED IN DURBAN

Requirements:

• Grade 12/ Matric
• Unendorsed Code 8/ EB driver’s license
• Computer Literate
• Knowledge of the fleet and general operational procedures
• Bilingual

Responsibilities:

• Provide great customer service
• Provide accurate information to our customers
• Assist with vehicle preparation
• Monitoring and maintaining fleet
• Deliveries & collections
• Supplying the region with vehicles and equipment
• Assisting with breakdowns and vehicle change-overs
• Assist with de-fleeting, buy-backs etc.
• Controlling of general supplies
• Co-ordinating and controlling staff on shift
• Monitoring service due in and off fleet vehicles
• Adherence to the company policies and procedures
• Maintaining the corporate image of the organization
