Leading and management of a large team
Requirements
Good knowledge of Appearance Grades spec
Good knowledge of SANS specs 1783 and 096
Good understanding of volume and value recovery
Understanding of grading rules and end-use of product
Minimum 5 years Saw-Milling experience
Good communicator and Team player
Good organizer
“Board Grading for Supervisors Certificate” would be beneficial
