A related Qualification in Supply Chain or SAPICS certification with proven experience in the FMCG industry as a Planner/ Scheduler. Must be able to plan and prepare production schedules, maintain schedule accuracy, draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead times, analyse production forecasts, plant capacity, manufacturing processes and resource planning and liaise with material planning. Ensures that materials and equipment are available for production according to the schedule timelines. Provide recommendations to Operations to adjust resources, work overtime to balance overall manufacturing capacity. Tracks and reports schedule attainment and past due by machine. Proven experience on an ERP system.
