Requirements:
• A relevant Bachelors degree

Specific skills required:
• Extensive BPM development experience
• A good understanding of and experience with the entire software development lifecycle
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• A good knowledge of Data Warehousing, Microsoft Analysis Services and the ability to create and report using OLAP cubes
• Strong OO programming knowledge
• Strong C# and ASP.Net programming skills
• Good working knowledge of .NET 2.0; ASP.Net 2.0; .NET 3.0 specialising in WF/ WPF/ WCF; .NET 4.0 specialising in WF/ WPF/ WCF, .NET 4.5
• Experience developing class libraries (DLLs)
• Experience with Microsoft technologies e.g. IIS and OBA
• Ability to work without close supervision
• Excellent understanding of Information Technology and paradigms

• Architecting complex and technical solutions
• Production of internal methodologies and standards
• Production of external documentation (Client Installation Procedures, Help Files and Training Manuals)
• Production of required Project Documents
• Technical Support as required
• Responsibility for Technical section of Implementation Planning Studies
• Provide a point of escalation for Technical Service Team
• Quality coding to minimise rework
