• Firebird/Interbase and MsSQL Database experience
• Quality Assurance
• Testing, Sign-Off and Hand-over Documentation

• Manage and Assist with Escalation from Support Teams and Customers
• Diagnose, Fault-Find and Problem Solve
• Provide Guidance and assistance to Support Teams
• Assist with the Business Analysis Process
• Understanding Customer Needs and Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Qualification (or equivalent)
• OOPS Programming
• 2+ year experience

Competencies:

• Must have strong analytical skills
• Must be well spoken
• Must be able to research to gain further knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel Skills
• Must have supervisory skills
• Should be able to work under limited supervision

Advantageous Skills:

• Relevant IT Diploma/Degree will be an advantage
• SQL knowledge will be an advantage
• Delphi and PHP Development Experience will be an advantage
