Requirements
BSc Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 8 years Project management experience
At least 6 years Systems development experience
Formal Project management qualification
Agile experience
Knowledge of multiple technologies
Must be a strategic team leader
Logical and Analytical
Working knowledge of project management software
Formal project management methodology and “best practice”
Information extraction skills (E.g. JAD, Workshop, Problem solving facilitation, Etc.)
Sound staff management and co-ordination skills
Broad IT knowledge and exposure

Responsibilities include:
Ensuring that all the agreed objectives are met
Architecture reviews and implementation
Manage the scope and deliverables
Manage all integration issues
Ensure quality through all stages of development
Risk analysis and management
Ensure that testing is automated for every release
Manage a team of highly technical professionals
