Requirements

• BSc Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years Project management experience
• At least 6 years Systems development experience
• Formal Project management qualification
• Agile experience
• Knowledge of multiple technologies
• Must be a strategic team leader
• Logical and Analytical
• Working knowledge of project management software
• Formal project management methodology and “best practice”
• Information extraction skills (E.g. JAD, Workshop, Problem solving facilitation, Etc.)
• Sound staff management and co-ordination skills
• Broad IT knowledge and exposure

 
Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that all the agreed objectives are met
• Architecture reviews and implementation
• Manage the scope and deliverables
• Manage all integration issues
• Ensure quality through all stages of development  
• Risk analysis and management
• Ensure that testing is automated for every release
• Manage a team of highly technical professionals
