DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – NELSPRUIT:

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To manage designs, revamps and projects for a Retail company

• Previous experience in Retail Food Supermarkets will be an advantage
• Extensive building and construction knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Projects, Excel and Word
• Project Management qualification and Matric
• Must be able to travel extensively and overnight where necessary
MAIN DUTIES FOR THE POSITION:
• Secure premises, expand existing lease agreements and renegotiate existing leases
• Ensure that minimum guideline standards are met
• New design concepts and trends are incorporated in designs
• Conduct comprehensive financial and business feasibility studies
• To maintain brand integrity and ensure quality of equipment
• Negotiate with property developers, local authorities and local government
• Analysis and determine suitability with regards to financial status and experience
• Oversee store designs, attend site meetings and manage deadlines
• To meet budgets and profitability
• To reduce set up cost

SALARY PACKAGE:
R40,000 (depends on experience) + Car Allowance + Fuel + Medical Aid Provident Fund + 13th Tjek
