A leading life assurance company seeks Development Specialists across Gauteng to train, coach, develop, supervise and performance manage a team of Financial Advisors during the secondary phase of their vesting (months 9 – 20), ensuring they are retained, competent and productive.

Key Outputs:

• Activity, productivity and performance management of financial advisers to ensure that the required controls and processes are in place for newly appointed financial advisers to function effectively.
• Facilitate financial advisers' formal training and vesting by formulating a customised training path for each financial adviser based on their prior experience/knowledge/skills as well as the learning outcomes following FP1
• Perform supplementary on-the-job training
• Recruitment of Financial Advisers

Key Requirements:

• Matric
• CFP/RFP 3 or similar
• RE1
• At least 120 FAIS credits
• Previous experience as a Financial Advisor
• Previous management/supervisory experience
• Fit & proper from a FAIS perspective to act as supervisor
