An International Vehicle Manufacturer is offering a qualified diesel technician with experience with Trucks an opportunity to join their very busy team at their Cape Town Branch to start asap!


REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12
At least 3 year working experience in similar role
Qualified mechanic.


• Be able to work alone

• sober minded and be able to adhere to all safety requirements

• To carry out services according to work schedule on job cards

• To have a sound knowledge of mechanic i.e. Engines, gearboxes, diffs, drive train

• To have some knowledge of airbrakes, hydraulics, electricals

• Be able to diagnose faults and solves problems without changing

• Have some kind of engineering skills i.e. welding, bearing drilling and have the ability to use power tools

• Be able to do standby and respond within reasonable time

• Be a team player

• Be able to take instructions

• Be able to do work out of job description i.e. driving, painting
