The Dietitian or Nutritionist will provide individual and group nutrition counseling and education to enhance the health and wellness of clients and their families.

Responsibilities
- Counsel individuals on daily nutrition & medical nutrition therapy, including development of custom diet plans
- Provide nutrition education through in-person classes or seminars
- Work independently and establish, monitor and achieve goals with minimal supervision
- Responsible for recording and maintaining electronic medical records for individual participants
- Plan, develop, communicate, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs and projects to promote health improvement for members
- Collaborates with other nutritionists/dietitians and personal trainers to assess, identify outcomes, plan, and sequence and evaluate participant services across the care continuum.
- Provides advice and instruction for fitness, good nutrition, and management of weight, stress, and health into a participants lifestyle.
