We are currently recruiting for Digital Account Director with client service and account management experience preferably within a digital marketing agency. Our clients' developments are known to be award winning, pioneering and cutting edge. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships with existing and new clients.

You will satisfy the following criteria:

• 5-7 years of account management experience within the digital space
• 3-4 year experience managing a team
• Strong client service experience in the digital space
• Significant experience of managing teams
• Strong budget management experience
• Project management experience
• Experience of driving well-known brands

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Overseeing, developing and presenting proposals, pitch concepts and rationale to key clients Director, agency partners and other team members to review and develop client-centric strategic, innovative recommendations
• Developing strategies to achieve and exceed sales forecasts
• Conducting project analysis and reporting
• Orchestrating the delivery of multiple products/services to clients
• Leading website initiatives and being accountable for integrated client results across all relevant products and services
Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Cape Town.
