The Digital Account Manager in Johannesburg job responsibilities will include:

- Managing the on-boarding of new clients
- Accountable for all client communications and manages expectations
- Seeks to upsell and grow revenue intake from clients
- Briefs in new campaigns to campaign managers / collaborates with campaign managers on new campaigns
- Educating clients on the agency’s philosophy of Performance Media buying
- Sources reports and campaign insights from campaign managers and send to the appropriate client contact
- Responsible for getting IO’s signed off and populating appropriate spreadsheets with details
- Continual learning and research into best practice and tools associated with paid media
- Briefs in creative work to design
- Collaborates with clients and campaign managers on strategy and planning

You will need the following to be perfect for this Digital Account Manager job in Johannesburg:

- Marketing related qualification
- Experience with Google Analytics Adwords and DoubleClick products is a benefit
- Excellent organisational and problem solving/decision making skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing in the role of Account Management
- Strong Account Management skills; client oriented and highly motivated
