Digital Campaign Specialist – Sandton

Seeking an Digital Campaign Specialist for an exciting position within the payments industry.

The responsibilities of the position include:
- Custodian of all digital platforms and campaigns to create a positive customer experience. These activities include:
- Maintaining and enhancing digital marketing channels
- All company and product websites including CMS, SEO, paid search and analytics
- All social media and analytics
- Online and social advertising
- Email/SMS marketing
- Internal social media
- Implementation and monitoring of product online lead generation campaigns
- Growing new leads by converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, blogs, video, promotions, etc.
- Optimising our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Evaluation - monitor, measure, and present results of external marketing efforts
- Digital reporting – collation of analytics, CRM, lead generation, Hello Peter, social media etc

In order to be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:
- Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing or PR
- 2-3 years Digital/Product Marketing experience
- Product Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of content management systems

Salary: R23 000 CTC, slightly neg (incl Med Aid + Provident Fund)
