Our client in requires the service Digital & Content Lead who will be tasked to bring fresh ideas and drive integrated marketing programs across the world of digital technologies, as well as, manage the key project and client relationships.

Key performance areas:

? Lead content strategy and produce original branded campaigns and methods to drive awareness & engagement
? Work with account, creative and marketing teams in the development and management of strategic, digital marketing programs
? Engage targeted audiences on various social mediums and networks
? Coordinate social media campaigns for multiple clients
? Track and monitor the success of social media initiatives
? Compile data and run reports
? Assist creative team in the design of digital projects
? Support strategy engagements
? Help develop digital marketing strategies
? Handle research and synthesis, brand and product strategy, and ecosystem planning for digital marketing
? Research, develop, and pitch digital campaigns, proposals, presentations and client case studies
? Develop strategic deliverables and manage client expectations to successful completion
? Content Creation (Blogging/vlogging/podcasting) designed to spur conversation/viral sharing
? Responding to conversations about the brand and the content
? Ensuring input/feedback gets channeled to the appropriate internal functional group
? Managing tools – mostly social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) and blogs
? Reporting/measurement

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant degree
? 4 – 5 years’ experience with a strong background in digital and social media
? Proven experience in strategy and creative digital content development for brands
? Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to execute use of brand “voice”
? Excellent client service ability and proven ability to grow internal and external client relationships
? Strong knowledge in social media platforms and emerging social networks
? Proven track record in designing, executing and tracking successful marketing campaigns across key digital disciplines/ platforms
? Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaborate as an effective team member
