Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Creation of design and assets for use on our website, brand file and social media platforms
• Design social content, including the ideation thereof
• Work closely with Development Team
• Work collaboratively with Management, Clients and Agencies to complete web-site maintenance tasks
• Perform CMS changes on web-sites and mobile sites when required
• Design digital banners in Flash and HTML5 compatible with web and mobile devices
• To maintain the high visual standards of the Company
• Updating of web-site visuals, web site design across all brands
• Designing mailers for all brands, working closely with the content team
• Work closely with the team, assisting them with any digital artwork for projects that are underway.
• Perform small maintenance tasks on websites.
• Editing/uploading content to YouTube

 
Design Skills:
The following will be advantageous:

• Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)
• Additional digital skills (e.g. After Effects, Final Cut, Flash, Dreamweaver)
• Familiar with Web 2.0 principles, Social Media, CMS Systems and design software
• Familiar with Social Networks and online communities (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, blogs)
• Be able to take initiative and follow through projects to completion
• Learn how to organize content.

 
Technical Skills
The following will be advantageous:

• WordPress knowledge --> This is a must
• HTML & CSS experience
• Experience with CMS systems and basic coding a plus
• Understand how to secure websites. We will teach the candidate how to do this.
• The candidate will also have to learn how configure websites
• Understanding Responsive Design
