Required Experience & Qualifications |
Bachelor of Science required, preferably in Communications, Marketing or Business Strong understanding of the digital environment as a distribution and marketing / engagement channel Experience with digital marketing / direct response campaigns with external web agency Experience managing external agencies (e.g. media, creative) Excellent communication skills; Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive Strong customer service orientation essential; Takes initiative, anticipates needs Digital native and fast-learner. Knowledge of basic HTML, Omniture and Atlas DMT a plus. Understanding of the online production process a plus 3+ years digital marketing experience, preferably with agency background Experience in a matrix organization is a plus

Key Responsibilities |
Coordinate with hotel Sales & Marketing teams and agencies to implement digital marketing tactics for all hotels in region, including a 180 day rolling promotional campaign calendar. Build landing pages and special offer pages to support segmental marketing campaigns to reinforce hotel USP’s and execute communication plan to drive share from specific target / niche markets. Launch tactical destination and hotel specific marketing campaigns – ensure divisional campaign creative & copy alignment and promotional placements are optimized across hotels in region. Management of natural search optimization and core social media visibility and presence Build and manage key digital platforms (restaurants / meetings / spa, etc.) and implement best practices to deliver increased presence and incremental revenue to hotels. Test campaign messaging and creative to determine relevancy across segments and to optimize conversion & overall performance. Coordinate the use of the hotel’s internal marketing channels to maximize campaign reach and impact (brand sites, email marketing, special offer pages, etc.) Implementation of Guest Communications email marketing tool to drive incremental rooms and ancillary revenue to hotels. Management of hotel content on , Independent and Destination Sites to optimize conversion of visitors and drive incremental revenue to hotels Implementation of revenue focused local partnerships / campaigns. Management of Third Party Site / OTA Merchandising Opportunities Suggestion of promotion and tactical in collaboration with the Revenue Management teams Carry out tasks and work towards goals specified in the regional Digital Field Marketing PMP (Performance Management Process) Complete all daily duties as set out in departmental duties and requirements.
