Your key job responsibilities as the Digital Gaming Promotions Manager in Cape Town will include:

- Roadmap & plan all aspects of promotional roadmap
- Full reporting on performance of promotional activity to aid decision-making and to assess effectiveness of all initiatives
- Ensure all offers and promotions are of the highest standard, quality and are always on-brand
- Communicate scope and timelines of products and features and set expectations
- Liaise and train other departments (i.e. customer service) to ensure awareness of upcoming events and promotions
- Design test plans to improve the product offering by introducing new games and/or promotions, always measuring player response, and monitoring the competition
- Stay current and knowledgeable on the global gaming landscape
- Monitor requests and suggestions from the community and forums- be the voice of the player
- Manage and distribute work to a small team
- Able to work within a distributed team

Requirements for this Digital Gaming Promotions Manager job in Cape Town:

- Casino and/or poker experience preferable
- 3 years + marketing experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills a must
- Must be self-motivated, quick learner and creative thinker
- Must have the ability to lead a small team and be a team player
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly excel
