• Reporting and Analytics
• Online Brand Management
• SEM
• Campaign tracking

Marketing campaigns
• Assist with development, executing and management of all Digital
• Marketing campaigns – email, social media, websites, SEO etc.
• Custodian of the emailer databases in the company
• Assist with planning all digital marketing activities within budget
• Identify trends and technologies and suggest implementation to assist the company stays on the forefront of developments in digital marketing
• Assist with maintaining the content marketing strategy

Reporting and analytics
• Embrace a strong “test and learn” culture
• Assist with monitoring and enhancing social media response and conversion rates
• Assist with monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness off all digital communications
• Assist with reporting and analytics

Storytelling and content
• Ensure that story telling is consistent and correct on all digital touch points
• Digital touch points include:
i. Social Media
ii. Websites
iii. E-flyers
• SMS marketing campaigns
• Monitor the companies’ online reputation
