Digital Marketing Assistant - Stellenbosch
To support the Marketing and Communications department on all the various brands of the company by promoting, building and sustaining their reputations through digital marketing and communications activities. The candidate will be responsible for the management of all brand related social media pages, newsletters, websites and all other digital elements as required.
Engage, manage and coordinate online content and advertising campaigns for the website, online shop and social media platforms as laid out in Marketing & Communications Strategy.
Collate and publish newsletters to internal and external subscriber databases via CRM systems.
Design and write copy for blog posts and social media to engage with fans and respond to online conversations.
Control the general communications email address and share valid queries with the relevant members within the organisation.
Monthly reporting on online content performance (Google Analytics and various social media platform insights)
Research and analyse market trends to compare and improve online image.
Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing / Communications.
1 – 2 years’ experience in FMCG environment with at least 1 years’ experience in digital marketing / social media.
Wine industry knowledge will be beneficial.
Experience in graphic design and photography are essential.
Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign will be beneficial.
