Digital Marketing Manager – Sandton – R25 000.00 to R30 000.00

The successful candidate would need to be organised , be a strategic thinker, strong communicator as well as have a genuine passion for digital marketing with proven track record and flair for graphic design . Responsibilities
? Overseeing a young team of graphic designers
? Marketing content (Newsletters, social media, brochures, promotional pitches etc.)
? Management and maintenance of all digital platforms and channels
? Digital lead and conversion management
? Managing the flow of all tasks within the marketing department
? Team supervision ( Web development etc)
? Assisting with sales as and when required
? Will be overseeing team with various company’s website development , social media, company advertising as well as sales

Requirements
? Minimum four years’ experience in graphic design & digital marketing management
? An understanding of online media
? 2 years previous experience leading a team
? Relevant professional qualification preferably including graphic design
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
? An updated digital portfolio
? Strong analytical skills
? Creative mind: ability to not just brief creative teams but to be an active partner in the creative development, from ideation to execution.
? Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
? Fluent English and Afrikaans
? Able to lead and manage a team
? Must know backend, middle end and front-end development
? Fantastic in content writing and research
