Leading Online Digital Media Company based in the North is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team

The employee will need to analyse the customer user experience and customer life stages and adapt existing communications, develop and test new interventions and constantly strive to improve our overall player retention rates in their targeted regions. Where required, based on local/country-specific legislation, the maintenance and reinforcement of brand integrity will be a key focus.
The employee will possess marketing, analytical and project management skills. They will also be technically minded, and be familiar with web marketing best practices. An inquiring mind is needed in order to be able to creatively solve challenges and propose new and fresh alternatives to existing processes.
Primary objective is to maintain, develop and increase retention, activity rates, and revenue through targeted and focused marketing activities in select geographical or language markets.

Other duties include:
Develop and implement strategies for retaining & growing the existing customer base
Track and report on the success of implemented strategies
Be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the player experience (and brand where required) within their target region
Plan, organize and execute promotions and offers that are country / language specific
Devise and initiate strategies to target customers with regards specific player experiences which promote activity and retention as an outcome
Devise and implement promotions and initiatives to generate revenue
Identify clients for intervention or relationship management
Support other web marketing responsibilities as needed
Prepare and communicate regular reports to line management

Requirements

Marketing Degree coupled with Digital Marketing experience

Candidate should be an experienced marketer
Web / eCommerce experience advantageous but not a necessity

Strong project management skills
Min 2 to 5 yrs Marketing experience
Must be numbers driven with strong analytical skills
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Must be deadline and target driven
Highly computer literate
