They conceptualise and create websites, online shops, applications etc. Their clients companies are from the European and African markets. Their friendly international team consists of creative Designers and concept experts, Copywriters, impassioned front end- and back end-Developers and focused Project Managers
 
TASKS

• Management of international clients in German and English languages
• Complete and independent handling of digital projects including websites, online shops, and online advertising media, Facebook Apps etc. from bid proposal management to monitoring and optimization
• Preparation of project requirements
• Compile proposals, re-briefs, project plans, presentations, documentation etc
• Conducting and planning of whole project teams during all project phases
• Achievement of project targets in timing and budget
• Quality management with technical process optimization

 
REQUIREMENS

• Fluent in English and German
• you have to have an established technical background
• high degree of personal responsibility and engagement
• as well as a structured working attitude
• You should be exceptionally service-oriented and think that the daily dealing with people is a great part of your job
• Completed degree (business studies, marketing, media and communication studies with focus on online media or the like)
• Min. 2 years of professional experience as Digital Project/Account Manager in a digital agency
• Must understand website development process and have led teams of designers & developers creating world class websites
• Online affinity
• Conceptual and strategic way of thinking
• Affinity to organising with business acumen
• Well structured and disciplined workflow
• Knowledge in the field of web technologies particularly in (X)HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript, MySQL
• Confident handling with shop and content management systems desirable
• Competent in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Power Point und MS Project
• Great team spirit, passion and strong communication skills
• Joy in working independently
• Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects at one time, sometimes under pressure
• Highly organised, well structured working skills and charming appearance
• Attention to detail
