Duties
- Plan and execute the digital strategy.
- Participation in internal forums and act as the lead on all digital work streams
- SME on Digital projects
- Conducting training
- Ensure alignment in key strategic areas
- Ensure that the digital activities meet usability best practice.
- Assist in product / digital conceptualization and ensure implementation of new product projects.
- Create the product specification documents.
- Manage the development cycle and implementation into the business.
- Manage delivery of strategy and manage the delivering of multiple projects
- Draw up the appropriate product specs
- Define business requirements and specifications
- Interact with stakeholders
- Define systems requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- IT degree/diploma
- MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous digital experience
- Previous Business analyst experience
- 1 year project management experience
