We are searching for an individual who has a flair for the sales industry, but more importantly someone who can train and lead a sales team. Our company creates and distributes financial services and we are in the process of expansion in our Durban/Berea office. This is an exciting time to join our business, with endless growth opportunities and a dynamic working environment.

Upon starting with us we will give you all the training you need to understand and master the sales aspects of our industry. We believe in setting our employees up for success, and therefore we will invest in developing your skills and mentoring you.

This is a 2 week training program and an informative induction into our business.
Once you have grasped this training, we want for you to build up, train and lead your own sales team.
Training is a skill in itself and so we will teach you how to train.
We will provide you with the training manuals and dvds you would need to build up a successful sales team.
We ultimately want you to duplicate the skills that you learnt in your training into your team.
We will recruit new people for you to train, so you won’t have to stress about finding your own team, and we will bring in new people one at a time so you would be doing individual training rather than a large group.

The requirements you need to apply:
A passion for developing people and great leadership skills
Sales, hospitality or retail experience; an individual who is confident when talking to customers
A positive mind-set and a great work ethic
Determination to succeed
Excellent communication skills and emotional maturity
A matric or the equivalent is non-negotiable
