MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project manage group customer direct marketing communication for business, conferencing and non-gaming products, including segmented e-newsletters, targeted email promotional offers,
2. Company website offers, links, banner campaigns, search term campaigns, electronic advertising and listings, Peermont content on third party websites and loyalty acquisition, statements and member communication, from inception to results analyses.
3. Manage all campaign deadlines, collateral, distribution, sends, stakeholder relationships and information, briefing templates, content and creative direction for all direct marketing initiatives
4. Implement best practice acquisition and retention marketing communication and project management of the Crown Key loyalty programme communication.
5. Implement best practice acquisition and retention marketing communication and project management campaigns for entertainment, food and beverage and leisure business communication
6. Brief Agency, designer and/or mail house for all relevant direct marketing efforts, including copy and creative, response objectives, offer strategy and positioning, budget, timing and fulfilment mechanics.
7. Implement list planning and segmentation based on effort objectives. Provide database owners with timely and specific briefs regarding database extracts for marketing communication or analysis.
8. Work closely with property marketing managers and divisional heads to ensure that the offer positioning is both relevant and attractive to the specified target market, and that communication promises are delivered when a customer or prospect responds.
9. Training and up-skilling of front office staff to drive sign up for the Crown Key loyalty programme, benefits and relevant campaigns and competitions
10. Overall management of group wide competitions to drive bookings for the various segments. This includes alliance partner negotiations, creative direction and campaign implementation for the group.
11. Development of measurable direct marketing formats and templates, response channels, list and offer tests to improve response rates, cost effectiveness and/or revenue generated from the efforts.
12. Ensure that company’s conference database communication meets operational objectives and increases business on the books.
13. Management of data hygiene / and or enrichment projects for various portfolios / segments
14. Day to day management and oversight of direct marketing agencies to ensure service delivery, competitive quotes and postal rebates
15. Management of the direct marketing budget.
16. Maintain post analysis documentation to ensure that learning from past efforts can drive improvements in future results
17. Provide non-gaming direct marketing support to business units as required
18. Monthly reporting of direct marketing results vis a vis the objectives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. A proven track record in a direct marketing role.
2. A marketing degree, IMM diploma, IDM Practitioner qualification, or at least 5 years’ direct marketing experience in travel, hospitality and/or loyalty programme marketing.
3. Be proficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with MS Projects, a bulk e-mailer programme and/or a web content management system will be added advantages.
4. Must have drivers licence, own transport, and be prepared to travel to company’s properties regularly
