VACANCY FOR TELKOM DIRECT SALES AGENTS

The main accountabilities are to market and sell products to the achievement of sales targets, improving business development of the company, via various direct selling methods, and to follow processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:
• Matric or similar qualification
• Own transport and drivers licence
• Directs sales experience preferably in the cellular environment
• Strong Sales ability and drive to meet targets
• Knowledge related to latest mobile and fixed-line products advantageous.
• Frequent local travel
• Daily exposure to outside environment, including inclement weather

You will be required to perform in the following functional areas:
• Ensure achievement of sales targets
• Generating new leads through advertising platforms, such as social media.
• Focus on up and cross selling specific Telkom products to Feathercom’s existing customer base.
• Keep updated with competitive analysis
• Promoting/Selling Telkom products which includes, LTE, LTE-A, ADSL, VDSL, FTTH, FTTB and Unlimited Packages.
• Checking and Testing coverage
• Managing your client database.
• Administer direct selling initiatives and campaigns using various marketing methods
• Professionalism of service/sales delivery at all times
• Scheduling demo appointments with all interested parties, i.e. consumers, businesses
• Attend sales meetings and required training initiatives
• Maintain optimum customer service in line with Telkom and Feathercoms processes and procedures at all times
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
