Job Description
What sort of candidate are we looking for?
As a Digital Consultant your objective is to maximize clients’ satisfaction and ensure our long-term contracts. You will assist clients in the deployment of their digital marketing strategy, by using the tools provided to do the required analysis before implementation. You will also guide our technical team based on the market facts and clients’ feedback, helping them to roadmap the strategy. Being proactive, you will work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, thanks to the trusted advisor relationship that you will create with clients and prospects. To make the most of your missions, you must focus your work on providing the best returns for our clients and have a strong appetite for customer relations.
Your missions:
• Proactively engage your customers and work closely with them to identify gaps in the market, get them understanding our strategies and make sure they use the information effectively on a consistent basis
• Monitor and identify trends provide guidance to customers
• Implement best practices as well as personalized recommendations to ensure your customers maximize value from their investment in Swat Online
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executives, so that all Swat Online activities are closely aligned with the customers’ business case and business strategy
• Communicate features and product information, as well as updates
• Track and report account activity and work proactively to eliminate any risk
• Prepare and manage business reviews with customers
• Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Swat Online can better serve our customers
• Conduct pre-sales meetings with Sales Management to provide demonstration and roll-out consulting
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and work closely with the sales team to close them
• Run strategic workshops
Is this position for you?
A degree in Marketing/Communication or experience in the advertising or Digital Marketing space
You have exceptional communications skills and attention to detail, which allows you to communicate with people at all levels of the organization (including executive). You want to work on marketing and sales issues in various sectors. A highly motivated team player with a proactive and dynamic attitude, you are a real go-getter who takes the initiative to get things done. You like challenges and want to work in a constantly evolving environment. You have great learning, listening and speaking skills.
