Direct Sales Agents

A large company based within the Financial Services sector have a job on offer for a direct/ face to face salesman to start working on a permanent basis. You will be working within a dynamic and fast-paced sales team and you will be reporting to the company’s business owners. Due to a huge growth in the business, they are expanding their sales team which is why this role has become available.

Your new role

This role is focused on sales and sales strategies from cold calling, following up on leads, confirming sales and sales documentation. The role will include working with a team and extensive training through our proven system and 5 level training programme.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this job, you must have previous experience of working within sales whether it be promotions, waitressing or telesales, and particularly within a dynamic and busy team. You will need to have excellent time-management skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your tasks according to any deadlines. Your charismatic and engaging personality will be useful in this job.
