• Managing sales team
• Assisting sales teams with client visits and negotiations
• Training sales teams
• Managing customer accounts and generating sales revenue growth – new and existing clients
• Determine prospective client needs and tailor make solutions/packages to best suite those needs
• Responsible for after sales service in order to ensure client retention
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients/customers
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
• Informing customers of new product offerings
• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
• Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
• Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
• Base retention – attending to client needs
