BEE vacancy reporting to Chief Executive Officer.

Purpose of the position:
To support the Group CEO by managing the achievement of all sales and marketing targets and relationship management activities for defined areas, within the full spectrum of the Company’s services sought by clients in the industry.

Knowledge & Experience:
• Extensive experience in the IT Industry
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Cisco Networking, Collaboration, Security and Data Centre solutions.
• Thorough understanding of the IT Distribution Channel and its players
• A thorough understanding of the sales cycle particularly of large solution sales
• Proven Track record of success in managing a sales business unit
• Proven track record in managing change within the business unit
• Proven track record in product
• 3 – 5 Years SADC experience essential

Qualifications
• University degree is essential
• Post graduate Business Management degree/diploma advantageous

• Significant growth in revenue and profit of specific vendors
• Expansion of the vendor portfolio
• Quarterly objectives as agreed with line management
• Market share
• Creating a stable work environment for team
