Disability Position – Scanning Clerk / Office Administrator – Stellenbosch Cape Town

Our Client a Logistics concern is looking for a person with a Disability to fill the role as Scanning Clerk / Office Administrator

Salary Negotiable + medical aid and pension

Min Requirements
• Matric
• Office Administration experience
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Good telephone manner and writing skills, well versed in e-mail etiquette, service driven and a definite team player.
• Good time management skills in order to adhere to strict POD deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure, with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Requirements
• Accurate scanning of all Proof of Delivery Documents
• Filing of tax invoices
• Perform various reconciliations to ensure accurate filing and processing of documents take place
• Office Administrator duties
