DISABILITY POSITION Administrator / Customer Service Representative Bellville Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

1.The main purpose of an Administrator is to obtain order numbers from our clients for new work to be performed as identified during siteThe Administrator will also be the first point of contact for FMCG customers experiencing an equipment breakdown. Responsibilities include the logging of inbound calls, creating work orders, selecting contractors to effect the repairs and several other action items associated with the work planning and control procedures

Our Client is a Maintenance Technical Support Company in the Northern Suburbs looking for an Administrator / Customer Care Representative to support the Call Centre.

2.The main purpose of a FMCG Customer Service Representative is to be the first point of contact for FMCG customers experiencing an equipment breakdown. Responsibilities include the logging of inbound calls, creating work orders, selecting contractors to effect the repairs and several other action items associated with the work planning and control procedures.

Min Requirements

Matric or equivalent
1-3 Years’ experience – Administrative, Support or Call Centre or Technical
Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Office, Excel, Outlook and Emails – Computer Literate
