Disability Position - Customer Service Representative, Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

Our Client is a Maintenance Technical Support Company in the Northern Suburbs looking for a Customer Service Representative / Inbound Call Centre Support. This is a Disability Position ONLY. Call Centre Experience Needed

The main purpose of a Customer Service Representative is to be the first point of contact for customers experiencing an equipment breakdown. Responsibilities include the logging of inbound calls, creating work orders, selecting contractors to effect the repairs and several other action items associated with the work planning and control procedures.

Min Requirements

· Matric or equivalent

· Some Call Centre / Administration Qualification An Advantage

· 1-3 Years’ experience – Administrative, Support or Call Centre or Technical

· Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Office, Outlook and Emails – Computer Literate

Job Requirements

· Receiving of Support calls to assist with technical support

· Fast Data Capturing

· Typing of Job Cards

· Create Invoices

· Follow up on Job Cards

· Effective Internal & External Communication

· Proficient in English and Afrikaans (Xhosa advantageous)
