Our Client is a Maintenance Technical Support Company in the Northern Suburbs looking for a Technical Maintenance Call Centre Support Administrator. This is a Disability Position ONLY. Call Centre Experience Needed

The main purpose of a FMCG Customer Service Representative is to be the first point of contact for FMCG customers experiencing an equipment breakdown. Responsibilities include the logging of inbound calls, creating work orders, selecting contractors to effect the repairs and several other action items associated with the work planning and control procedures.

Salary Very competitive + overtime medical aid and pension

Min Requirements
• Matric or equivalent
• Some Call Centre / Administration Qualification An Advantage
• 1-3 Years’ experience – Administrative, Support or Call Centre or Technical
• Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Office, Outlook and Emails – Computer Literate

• Effective Internal & External Communication
