We are urgently looking for a Technical Call Centre Agent (open to people with a disability only) to identify, diagnose & resolve problems for users by providing information to enable users to solve their problems efficiently.

Responsibilities
• Attend to incoming calls users, in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist in responding to e-mails from users
• Assist clients in registering, submissions and payments
• Receive, log, assign requests for support in accordance with Company SLA
• Achieve benchmarks as per Company SLA
• Maintain accurate log entries of contact, with resolution details and follow-up information on Heat
• Provide detailed guidance to all users in the effective use of systems, products and services available to them and demonstrate ingenuity in applying knowledge to non-standard situations
• Determine source of application problems
• Troubleshoot computer problems
• Provide one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone, striving for first call resolution
• Responsible for assisting all customers with their questions about the applications and supporting software to the best of his/her ability
Minimum Requirements
Matric/ Vibrant/ Good attitude/ Team player/ Disabled person/ Excellent telephone manner/ MUST be a South African citizen/ Suitable for people with a disability/ Must have experience in a similar role

Salary: R6000 per month
