Our manufacturing company is seeking the above to plan, organize and monitor the dispatching and receiving of the company's products, whilst ensuring smooth and consistent operation in order to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.

Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- A certificate / diploma in logistics / warehouse management is preffered
- Experience in dispatching duties will be advantageous
- Must work well with a team
- Must be energetic with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have own transport
- Must be able to work shifts and weekends
- Must be computer literate

Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing feedback to wholesale manager
- Ensuring that procedures are implemented and maintained
- Picking and loading of trucks
- Invoicing of trucks and walk-in customers
- Conducting quality checks
- Ensuring correct products are loaded for delivery
- Maintaining high customer service levels
- Offloading of trucks and checking in
- Rotation of stock
- Discipline of staff
- Timekeeping of staff
