A Shopfitting company based in Pretoria East URGENTLY requires a skilled Dispatch Supervisor from a similar industry or background (Shopfitting, carpentry, cabinetry or woodwork) to start as soon as possible. Preferably someone who is immediately available for interviews to be appointed as soon as possible.
Salary: R10 000 - R15 000 Cost to Company

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Grade 12
Computer Literate
Tertiary Qualification in Despatch/Logistics
7 years + experience in the Shopfitting Industry VITAL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all the stock received into the Factory is done with the correct paperwork, and that stock is quality checked before it is sent to various departments in the factory as well as ensuring that all stock that is dispatched from the Factory has been done so efficiently and effectively with the correct paperwork and without any damages
Housekeeping
Administration
Dispatching of stock
Sectional Stock Count
Stock control of all received and issued stock
Monitor all trips of vehicles
Supervise loading of offloading of fleet bakkies for projects
Handling of materials
Supervision of workers
