Distribution Centre Manager (EE/AA)
We are urgently recruiting for a seasoned Distribution Centre Manager to manage all the aspects of the Warehouse and Transport (operations, commercial & budgets), provide strong leadership skills (matrix environment) + improve cost efficiency, quality, performance and operations.

Desired Skills & Experience
• Degree / Diploma in Warehousing, Supply Chain or Logistics or related
• Must be able to handle a highly pressurized environment
• Warehousing/Logistics/Supply Chain qualification/equivalent
• 5+ years Management experience gained in a Logistics/FMCG environment
• Proven Financial, Business & Project Management skills – very strong on the financial aspects of the business
• You should demonstrate high levels of people leadership, sound business skills, commercial awareness, effective communication, project management skills and the ability to think and act in a national, regional and importantly global mindset

This role will take full operational, commercial and budgetary responsibility for the management of the warehouse and transport.The successful incumbent will provide strong leadership of strategic, technical and operative nature, in a matrix environment by applying proven expertise, methodology, knowledge and experience to the business in order to improve cost efficiency, quality, performance and operational excellence.
