Distribution Co-Ordinator

Rotolabel is part of the BIDVEST Group of companies and print high quality, multi-coloured labels for the retail, personal care and wine industries

The incumbent, reporting to the Planning Manager, will be responsible for coordination of all Distribution Centre activities as well as delivery status reporting in our busy label printing business. The following key competencies are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule local & national deliveries with 3rd party distribution contractors
• Ensure timely and accurate stock picking and delivery to customers
• Ensure warehouse system information is accurately maintained
• Liaise with production dept. on dispatch requirements
• Liaise with sales staff on delivery status updates

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A recognized tertiary qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 5 years relevant post graduate experience as a Distribution Coordinator or Distribution Supervisor. Experience in a FMCG environment
will be advantageous.
