Required Prior Learning
? Grade 12 or equivalent
? Minimum of 5 years distribution and administrative management experience in an FMCG environment
? Minimum of 5 years staff management experience in an FMCG enviroment
? A high level of computer literacy

Key Objectives
? Liaise with 3PL on daily requirement of vehicles to meet delivery requirements
? Liaise with 3PL and Tiger Supervisors on daily warehousing management
? Coordinating daily and Monthly stock taking
? Coordination of the reconciling of stock - physical with theoretical.
? Execution of customer and depot orders
? Managing the administration of outbound processes
o pick slips,
o Invoicing,
o ensuring manual documents are invoiced,
o pallet documentation control,
o transport recons,
o credit notes.

? Administration of POD Control
? Handling of customer and depot queries
? 20 Keys management
? Coordination of departmental InvoComs
