Divisional HR Manager – Johannesburg
Our client is a unique leader in their field with an absolute passion for health, care and wellness. As a HR Manager your job objective will be to:
Provide leadership and coordination of the divisions Human Resource functions.
Implement the corporate HR strategy and programs.
Ensure that the organisation structure is aligned and staffed
Design and implement new and/or existing HR policies and systems
Performance Management
Controlling HR costs for maximum benefit

Your duties will include:
Identifying the critical success factors from an HR & IR perspective
Monitor and track productivity levels across the division
To partner with divisional leaders to promote a high performing culture
Ensure that systems and processes support the divisional and group strategy
Workforce planning
Track staff movement, attraction and vacancies and ensure vacancies are filled
Formulate policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development
Ensure that staff are managed and treated with dignity and respect throughout the division.
Identify critical employee training needs, design the annual training calendar, supervise its execution and monitor the effectiveness
Determine appropriate compensation philosophy and structure for the company
Conduct regular HR Audits to ensure compliance and above board practices

Requirements:
5-10 years HR Generalist experience in a Factory environment
HR Diploma / Bcom degree specializing in HR.
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
Knowledge of organizational development theory and practices.
Knowledge of computerized information systems - SAGE People, ESS
Advanced Excel
Able to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to delegate authority and responsibility.
Have the ability to communicate fluently in one of the following African languages Tswana, Zulu, Venda or Xhosa
