MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
B Degree at Honours Level and FAIS accreditation including Regulatory Exam
A minimum of at least 7 years experience in Financial Services
Knowledge of Long and Short Term Insurance products including the related statutory requirements
Working knowledge and understanding of Insurance Legislation
Willingness to travel and work outside normal working hours

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Ability to develop and manage implementation of strategic plans that will establish and grow company share in the short and long term insurance environment
Establish and manage strategic corporate and commercial portfolio partnerships
Ensure an effective and efficient administration process
Ensue strategic management of the organisation with a professional and competent team to ensure consistent delivery of quality services and related products.
