A large construction company is looking for a seasoned Document Controller to join their team.

Purpose of the Job
To ensure that all administrative duties in the SHERQ Department Document Control section are taken care of.


Education and Knowledge Requirements
? Grade 12
? Relevant tertiary qualification or ISO 9001 training
? Candidate must possess 3 to 5 years’ experience
? Experience in the construction industry is compulsory
? All round Document Control and Archiving
? Candidate must be proficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint would be advantageous

Generic Requirements
? All candidates will be subjected to security vetting. Candidates must have A CLEAR CRIMINAL RECORD and VALID QUALIFICATIONS
? Preference will be given to AA female candidates

KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS:
? Managing integrated SHERQ Management System
? Receiving of new documents and allocating control numbers
? Issuing of approved documents Remuneration Job Specification
? Uploading and managing the administration for SharePoint
? Filing
? Transmitting of documents for Group Head Office
? Managing Drawing registers for Group Head Office
? Assisting with site close outs on data packs and specific requirements when receiving back from sites
? Data Pack dispatching
? Managing all Group Archiving
? Liaison with the Government Departments (Notification of Construction Works etc.)
? Administration Behavioural Competencies

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment
