A vacancy exists in the Port Elizabeth Office for a Senior Structural Draughts-person.
Job Specification
Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the drawing of:

• Reinforced concrete structures.
• Structural steel structures.
• Masonry structures.
• Development of details for Engineers’ approval.
• Detailing of reinforcement.

Specialist knowledge required
• Draughting /drawing of buildings and industrial structures and detailing of reinforcement.

Practical experience required
• Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Offices, Schools and Shopping centres.
• Reinforced concrete and structural steel and masonry AutoCAD, PADS, REBAR MATE,
• Revit will be added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience.

Personal characteristics
• Ability to meet deadlines, program and plan own work.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Problem solving.
• Attention to detail.

Requirements
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Educational level
• Technical drawings up to matric level.
• Diploma in Draughting post Matric.
