Driver Trainer

Leading transport comapany is looking to employ a Driver Tainer to:
· Train and evaluate all code 14 heavy duty drivers
· Maintain records of training done
· Driving Tests for recruitment of new code 14 heavy duty drivers
· Conduct driving performance evaluations
· Accident remedial training
· Classroom training
· On Road On Job Training and Drive Came Training

EDUCATION: Matric and Certification as Driver Trainer (Assessor, Facilitator and or Moderator)
EXPERIENCE: Experience and knowledge in Training code 14 heavy duty drivers
SKILLS: Good communication skills. Ability to work with staff on all levels and maintain good relations. Full knowledge of Transport regulations and operation of vehicles and equipment.

Salary - is dependent on qualification and experience.
