• Healthcare professional or Life Sciences degree
• Experience in PV, clinical trials or medical affairs would be an advantage
• Ability to understand, analyse and interpret medical data and convert this to business applicability
• Able to critically review procedures policy and or regulations to decide relevance of approach
• Perform effectively and efficiently under high levels of pressure and tight deadlines whilst demonstrating acute attention to detail
• Able to work within a team and independently and demonstrate good customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Ability to Multi-task, prioritise and make quick decisions
• Ability to adopt and abide to values and procedures that reflect organisational and professional norms.
• Ability to work in a multi-functional, sub-regional, multi-cultural and international team setting
• Computer Literacy in MS Office; Excel intermediate level and basic Power Point

As Drug Safety Administrator you will be responsible for reporting and follow-up on all adverse events associated with Roche products according to local and global Roche and regulatory requirements.

Your key activities will include:
• Management and submission of Individual Case Safety Report from all Spontaneous and Solicited sources
• Ensure diligent follow-up attempts to collect all necessary information for case completeness and transmit follow-up reports to the relevant Processing Center in a timely manner
• Safety oversight for all local activities potentially triggering collection of safety information
• Ensure relevant literature systematic review to collect AEs in local journal and/or for local marketed products not included in the global literature search
• Conduct training of non-safety and local safety staff on what their responsibility is in reporting adverse events.
