Minimum Requirements:
• University Degree
• No experience required
• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
• Computer literacy essential, especially in Microsoft Office
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Fluent in English
• Strong organization, administration and analytical skills
Advantageous requirements:
• Knowledge of the Insurance or Financial Services sector
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Fluent in any other languages
