If you will be chosen for this job as the Dutch Contact Centre Agent in Durban, South Africa you will be required to provide inbound and outbound telephonic services to internal and external clients subjects to the requirements of the specific projects.

To be perfect for this Dutch Contact Centre Agent in Durban, South Africa you will need:

- 2 - 3 years working experience, preferably in a contact centre would be an advantage
- An excellent command, i.e. 100 % fluency in the Dutch, and English languages is a necessity
- Fluency in French, Italian or Arabic will be an advantage
- Ability to work shifts, public holidays and on week-ends (project and call centre dependent) will be required
