Our Client, with offices located in Century City, currently has fantastic positions open for a Dutch- speaking Team Leader to manage a team of consultants within our Client’s customer service department. If are fluent in Dutch and English, have experience as a Team Leader within a contact centre and wish to broaden your horizons in a dynamic company, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Entry requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written skills)
• 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader within a contact centre
• Matric/ equivalent educational background
• Must have experience in managing escalations from consultants
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on a flexible shift roster

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Managing a small team of Dutch-speaking consultants
• Experience in handling irate escalations from consultants
• Ability to document time and attendance and overall work performance of consultants
• Submission of regular stats, weekly and monthly reports to management
• Ability to mentor and coach consultants in increasing performance
• Communicating with customers to ensure understanding of products/ services
• Working towards team-based customer service KPIs
